Burn-out coaching

The burnout coaching programme is entirely focused on recovery and resilience. The programme consists of an orientation phase and a minimum of three coaching sessions. An intake takes place during the orientation phase. Depending on the degree of tension or burnout, the programme can be extended.

In burnout coaching, we clarify the cause of the stress together. That insight brings peace of mind. Besides the stressors (or energy consumers), we also map out the energisers, tranquillisers and personal resources. We help you rebalance these four pillars.
